Our Mission
CFF defends freedom to proclaim and practice the Christian faith by:
Alerting governments to the suffering of persecuted Christians;
Monitoring and disseminating news and analysis of violations of Christian liberty worldwide;
Encouraging the Church to pray, voice concern and provide for persecuted Christians;
Building strong relationships, sharing knowledge and other resources with people and organisations dedicated to defending Christian freedom;
Providing aid to Christians in need - tangible evidence that they are not forgotten
Accurate knowledge inspires strategic prayer and effective advocacy initiatives:
CFF is dedicated to raising awareness amongst concerned Ministers and Members of Parliament, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade [DFAT] officials, Churches, Diplomats, Journalists and Human Rights advocates;
Representing the persecuted Church at the annual DFAT - NGO Human Rights Forum;
Encouraging the participation of organisations representing Christian refugees;
Responding to invitations to contribute to Parliamentary Human Rights inquiries and has given evidence to Parliamentary panels;
Hosting annual conferences which enable Christian scholars, and survivors of persecution to share their knowledge and testimonies to inspire and empower all Christians to become effective defenders of our faith;
Contributing to preserving freedom in Australia by exposing deceptive beliefs hostile to Christianity which lie at the root of intensifying persecution.
